rachel9156, that's a lot to contend with in addition to what is already on your plate. You know deep down you need this time now to straighten a few things out in your mind and take care of you. Pushing yourself and not addressing the issues around you are causing these panic attacks to worsen. Short time medication with therapy may be able to help shorten the time you will need to be away. Working on yourself, releasing your fears, solving some of the issues going on. One thing at a time. Right now your mind is going 100mph. You are overwhelmed in not knowing what direction to go. Starting today use the forum as support, advice and especially for not feeling so alone at this time. Set up an appointment with a therapist if possible. You need to express you fears and concerns. It's going to be like cleaning the house. You don't know where to start but a good therapist will guide you along.
rachel9156, we are here for you. You are never alone because we care. xx
Apply for unemployment, go to the case management unit for your county for they will help you get medical assistance for your mental health problems
I’m sorry you’re going through so much. Have you thought about a mental health program to help?
