No friends and my dad gets angry when I ask for and to do something.

It is horrible to be alone, I have had no friends for long periods.

Sometimes meeting old friends from the past who you wouldn't really count as friends now is really good, even though it can be 10 years different from when you last knew them, it feels like nothing has changed when you finally talk to them. Could you try that?

Angry parents suck. Its strange to think but try to remember that they are just humans with high stress levels and they almost definitely don't WAN'T to make you feel so bad when they yell at you, its just something their body/brain is doing to them.
