New to the group!

Hi all,

I am new to the group and am excited to have a support system here. The past few months have been hard for me as I have been battling anxiety and depression. It has also come with panic attacks, which suck. I feel like I'm always on the edge now... just waiting for something else to happen. My doctor prescribed anxiety/depression medication to me, but I'm still not sure how I feel about taking it. It makes me feel zoned out... anyways just thought I would say hello and I am looking forward to recovering.

Hi! I am also relatively new to the group. I have honestly felt a difference since joining. Instead of going deep into my depressive thoughts or anxiety, I come here and just reading people's stories has been so helpful. I always felt alone because no one around me seems to understand me at all. Good for you for taking the step and I hope this helps you too! Best of luck on your road to recovery.

welcome what meds are you prescribed and have u started yet

Hi I'm taking buspar and I started taking it almost two weeks ago.

Not really... I guess it takes the edge off a little bit but I feel like I have seen more side effects than anything
