i've been here less than a day but have already found it so helpful and heartwarming to see other people who deal with similar issues
i too have depression and anxiety and it is horrible

Hi, I agree it's nice to be able to speak to others who are in the same or similar position. Its is very hard, some days are worse than others & sometimes I feel it helps to speak to others that aren't family as I feel I am burdening them with my problems even though they are always there if I need them.

i feel i am constantly burdening my friends and family with my problems, so i tend to keep my thoughts to myself
it is so nice to talk to people who understand and who respond/interact with you out of the kindness of their hearts, and not because they are obligated to because they're family or friends

I am new as well, I’m glad we have found this support group and can support each other together. Anxiety is definitely a daily challenge. I have found walking and guided meditation on some YouTube channels to be helpful.
onebreath, my "go to" is also YouTube.
I've been doing meditation and deep breathing for years
and it has proven to be the "key" to success for me. Along
with "Acceptance" of anxiety. I'm glad to see you here with
us. We learn together as we share our journey. xx
