hey don't think that way we all suffer together.even if some of us overcome our troubles to a certain extent we will always be here for others who are finding it more difficult.

They want to put me on more medication and I don't want more.

I don’t think it’s accurate that everyone is getting better, as much as we’d like for that to be true, including for you to be better. We don’t truly know what their individual severity is, or when they have their down moments, etc. Also, mental health disease often has lulls and wanes, so some people feel better for a long time, but then symptoms begin to reoccur. It’s just unfortunately not a very predictable illness.

I know you’re probably thinking you’ll never get better, but eventually you will. Even if it’s not 100%, you will get to a point where it’s no longer as much of an impact on your life and you can start getting back into the groove of things. It may take longer than you expected, but sadly that’s the nature of the game. :( you just have to be patient and trust that no matter what, you can persevere.

If you’re having considerable fears and anxiety, you can try to phone your doctor or the doctor on call for your facility, and see if they can calm your worries and assure you that you’re making good progress.

If you feel like you may be in crisis or imminent crisis, please don’t hesitate to call the emergency line and get someone on the way. It’s critical that you don’t see if you can sit and suffer through it, not only is it not helpful to your condition or mental health, but it’s important for your doctor to know to have as accurate info so he can best treat all symptoms.

I hope you start feeling at least a little bit relief soon. That will give you faith to keep going, and confidence that you will reach the state of mind you deserve to be in. Good luck with your mental health journey, I hope the light starts showing soon.

We all have our ups and downs. That's what makes this hard. If every day was easy and great, we'd have no reason to be here for support. I do think of all of you as real people, though, and it gives me strength to know I'm not the only one doing my best to cope. We're not freaks; we're human beings who have various disorders, but we are NOT our disorders. We're people first.
