Does anybody else stutter when they talk to people when they get anxiety?

Yeah, sometimes. But my main issue is eye contact....it sucks. Usually both happens at the same time.

I do and it is awful. I also sweat profusely and my entire body shakes. The greatest aid for shopping, which also becomes a focus on anxiety, is the self-service tills. Using those means I have no need to speak to anyone. When I need to go into a shop, those which sell items of meat and groceries, what I do is to write a note listing whatever it is that I need to buy and at the bottom of the list I write 'Sorry I cannot speak because I have laryngitis'. It works.

Good idea

I don't stutter, but I can't find any words sometimes, like I just stay silent without meaning to. I don't know how to explain it.

When I talk to people in public, my mouth becomes very dry, and I can't even speak properly. And my mind goes blank, don't really know how to engage in a small talk.
