I know how that feels. I use to feel like that too, have you tried to talk to a professional or doctor about this? I started therapy every week and it did help me.
I'm sorry you are going through this. Are you on a sleeping medication? Maybe that could help. Anxiety is a jerk! I have troubles at night as well, I can relate. I'm always scared that I'll pass away and my 3 year old will find me 
But, I remind myself its just anxiety trying to f*** with my head. You're not alone! I hope you can find something that helps you. Take care
