Hello guy's and gal's

I'am new to this group and I was just looking to share. I have depression due to my losses and anxiety fear when alone different places or people close in hand. I recently lost my 18 year old to asthma. That lead to more depression. we weren't close because his dad and i werent together and he took the boys in 2008. he died this year. Trying to hold on and work and get it together alone is difficult.

I'm so sorry that you lost your 18-year-old. I'm so sad for you and want you to know that you aren't alone. Whether you were close or not, it doesn't change that all the dreams you had for him. Have you reached out to any grief counselors?

I am so sorry to here of the passing of your son.The loss of child is one of the most painful things that can ever happen to anyone.

Are you working through your grief with a professional counselor?

Just sometimes we have to admit we need more help than going it alone
