Chest pain 🤷🏽‍♀️

Today I went on a walk I just came in, I keep getting chest pain and arm pain but I know this is all probably related to anxiety, I'm not feeling too great I feel really sick and weak, I don't know where this is all coming from but I'm trying to remain calm. I hope everyone is doing alright.

Good on you for walking :). When anxiety sucks up all the oxygen to cope with stress there is not much left for anything else. Hopefully, you are feeling better now. We should all being doing our 30 minutes a day if we can manage it
