Nightmares

I have reoccurring violent dreams, never the same ones. Anyone with the same problem? Does anything help you? Just had one where multiple people wanted to gut my body 😞

Hi I get nasty dreams too which I think are caused by my ad's (sertraline). I just put up with them as they are a fair trade off as my ad really helps me.

I am also trying to give up smoking too and have patches on which can cause awful violent dreams so I have a double whammy at the moment. I have dreams where I am running for my life and people are trying to catch and kill me. In fact I had an awful one last night and I woke up with my heart pounding. They are horrible aren't they? x
