Hello! i am new here! One of my counselors told me about this site! i am SAHM and currently trying to heal from a lot of bad stuff! I am so tired of anxiety and depression ruling my life. It's making life so hard. I hope that I can give and receive support here.

It's great that we (the contributors and ambassadors) are a recommended mental health site.

We are individuals with a lived experience of anxiety and or depression (diagnosed or not). We understand wherever it is that you are coming from, although not having the same exact experience.

Any contribution you make is valuable to someone who might thinking or feeling the same. The trick is always to think, feel and do the smallest thing to make a change in your life.

Besides discussing the usual stuff like meds and therapies, we like to share useful links to websites, good books to read and inspirational quotes or pictures.

Some of our members are from different countries so there is nearly always someone available to reply 24/7. If you need local help, just post the general area you live in.
