Am I crazy?

So I randomly got this pain in the middle of my calf. At first I thought I'm probably just dehydrated but of course my mind goes off and I start to freak out. I google what could be causing it and deep vein thrombosis(SP?) comes up. Im now freaking out that that is what it is and I don't know what to do.

Hi, did pulled muscle come up or need to stretch?

When my son was swimming competitively, he would wake up with pain there, and we would have to determine if the muscle was pulled during the swim practice of it his leg needed to be stretched. He'd lie on the floor and I would kneel while he placed his heel on my shoulder and push to stretch his entire leg. (I still have a crease in my shoulder.)

Hope your situation is as simple as that was to fix.

Just like me you have health anxiety, hypochondria, I have self diagnosed countless times with Google, for myself AND others smh and each time freaked myself out, went into deep depression, was unable to enjoy anything at all, cried constantly because I was convinced of the self diagnosis, etc... I can guarantee you 100000000% that you're wrong, and it's most likely something so simple like a pulled muscle or even a muscle spasm, seems what we fear never happens

I get the same attacks and no it's not a clot ! Woman in my office had several she said the skin gets red and swollen and hot to touch you are ok
