Chest Pain 😣

I've been experiencing chest pain for the last couple of hours, I'm trying not to panic and to remain calm but it's becoming more and more painful. Ever since the doctor has told me about the heart murmur I just feel like everything has gotten worse.

You are ok u just panicking u are putting stress on yourself which is cause n your chest to hurt and get tight try to close your eyes and think of god and a peaceful place that makes u feel safe and take deep and slow breathes breath in and out slow listen to the air that's come n out of your nose

I was just diagnosed with sinus tachycardia and I'm stressed and full of anxiety.. Hang in there, your not alone.

Thank you so much, I feel pretty stupid I'm in the ER again cause of the pain.

Well I felt stupid earlier too but turned out it was worth the visit. Don't ever feel stupid for worrying about your health.
