Im havin at least 8-10 panic attacks a day. Im afraid of everything.

Start keeping a diary of every time it happens for at least a week. Write down what you were doing just before the anxiety came on and where you were. Then after a week look over the diary, you will begin to notice patterns of what, when, where triggers the attacks. Try to avoid these triggers to reduce the number of attacks. This will give you some time to breath
