Hi I'm a 31 yr old Mom of 2 boys. I struggle with depression, anxiety and PTSD. Life feels overwhelming sometimes and I don't know how to deal. I'm looking for support from like minded people.i don't have anyone to turn to.. Those closest to me can't understand or relate to me...I hope I can be there for whomever needs guidance and support as well.

I have anxiety and depression. Your not alone. Lots of people here would love to hear more about what's going on and I'm sure you may find some helpful tips.
