Anxiety around ovulation, am I the only one??

Hey guys!! So I've been having sort of a rough day, after really good past couple of days. My health anxiety has sky rocketed. Too in tuned to sensations and keep catastrophizing what the sensations can be, of course the one thing I keep thinking of is the C word. I noticed I'm ovulating today and I'm wondering if anyone has experienced heightened health anxiety or anything like that around ovulation and/or menstrual? If so, what exactly is it like for you??

My anxiety goes through the roof around that time of the month. I always know when its coming because about the week before I start and going into starting Im a wreck! Even my blood sugar gets out of whack as well. Im sure its the changes in hormones that does it to us.

Yes!!! I am starting to notice this too. For the last couple months a couple days before my period my anxiety goes through the roof, I just had my first anxiety attack in WEEKS today. In this event I'm trembling feeling the tingling sensation in my left hand, nerve pinches (obviously makes me think the worse), and dizziness.

Definitely! Right before my period I am nervous about everything. I get depressed and extra anxious. My thoughts are dark and sad. It sucks to have to go through this roller coaster every month. Being a woman is no fun.

Exactly, dark and sad thoughts, I get that every month too! Mine is before my cycle but during ovulation too smh
