I'm so sorry you are going through this , these feelings are terrible and make people feel as if their stuck, and you are not stuck, call your doctor for professional advice, but also put yourself in relaxing and healthy settings like taking a gentle yoga class or fitness club. , eating clean, and healthy friendships. Putting your mind and body in a good place at the same time, and if those feelings try and enter , try and put them out with good thoughts , prayer if you pray, meditation, and if course all of us , we are all here to support each other , keep in touch and good luck .
Hi! I've been in the same boat myself for last few days. Been really depressed and spent most of my time in bed. I also have ocd and I am stuck in a looping thought pattern also. At least your not alone my friend.
I am sorry you are going through these difficult, intrusive thoughts. I too have this problem. I try to reframe my mind by distraction. I will concentrate on being good to myself. Eating healthy and exercising is important. Guided meditation is helpful. Working hard also helps distracts my mind. My husband and I have been painting our house and I have been amazed at how my thoughts have quieted down. Even made me happy! Do you belong to a support group? Or have someone you trust to talk with? If not,this site can be your group. Feel like you can "lean" on us for help.🌺
