Well we're about to leave for my in-laws.... long drive with Hans (🐶)in tow. And of course my anxiety is at an all time high. The electric feeling in my body, feel ichy, swallowing air... It's bad. Thankfully I'm not driving. Not looking forward to the next 8 hours...😣
