How do I get out of the house??

I used to do yoga almost everyday when I was back in school, actually now that I think about it I was a lot happier in school (college). Could my anxiety maybe be heightened because I'm out of routine now and everything now that I'm back home?? I used to be able to leave the house and go to work and go out with friends and stuff but now I can't find the strength to do so, I'm so nervous about getting anxiety out in public and not knowing what to do. I really want to go back to yoga because that's what really relaxed me but I'm still to afraid maybe it's because I'm just not ready or maybe I am ready I'm just a little scared-y cat.

I suffer with the same issues.I love yoga and haven't been going like I should. I made myself go yesterday and it was hard but still a positive experience which I desperately needed. The anxiety episodes come and go but trust me every little activity you can get out and do will help. It has been a slow process for me and I still struggle terribly. Go to a yoga class. It will be OK. It will provide you with some calm and relief. My yoga teachers have been so nurturing and supportive with my issues. Yoga has been one of my only safe places. Please don't be afraid to do that for yourself.
