Yes. For fear off things going wrong I double check and Triple Check things like my stove and my medication.

I double check things too and I also have issues with touching things because of germs. I've tried medicine and therapy for it which helped some, but I still have trouble with it. I don't know what else to do.

I do as well. As a matter of fact it got out of hand in the recent months! My anxiety is through the roof right now. I wonder if my OCD actions were trying to let me know I was headed for trouble.

I wash my hands for fear of germs, I don't like strangers to hand me anything, I check my medications, the list goes on.

I believe they go hand in hand. So you are not alone. 😃💕
