Over thinking

Aye 31 make with 3 kids and a partner, every night at bed time a can't sleep , keep thinking am dying etc , sit up to all hours scared to sleep in case a don't wake up , this is ruining my life , always thinking am taken s heart attack , a feel better talking about it if you get me , a just need the help to get me out this way off thinking !!!

I know what you mean 100%. As I type this I'm having an episode. I'm stressed, my anxiety is high, my breathing feels off, feeling like I'm dying etc. It's so so hard but you're not alone okay?
