Tips for therapy?

I've been seeing a therapist for about two months now as my anxiety has resulted in several ER visits, quitting my job, and moving back in with my parents. Therapy has been helpful to an extent, I've learned to accept and cope with my panic attacks better which is awesome, but now I've been dealing with more symptoms of depression and I still have general worry about everything, literally EVERYTHING. She's been having me journal to try to find my triggers, but it always seems repetitive and I feel like she hasn't been doing much to help me get to the actual root cause of my anxiety and half the time I dont even know what to say during our sessions. I want to know if anyone has any suggestions as to organizing my thoughts, focuses, problems etc. or confronting issues from my childhood or just dealing with the overthinking/sadness in general. I tend to fear for my sanity/state of mind, have problems accepting that I can't control most things, and I haven't been able to deal with the pain others have caused me throughout my life but I feel like I'm so all over the place and always introspecting but never able to actually take a step forward to do anything about it.
