First off I would love to say I absolutely love this site! Haven't even been on here for 24 hours lol. I have this idea to create a 31 day healing journey, and would like to know if anyone would like to join me each day I can post tips stories and strategies videos quotes ive used to help, and we can share what has helped us.

This sounds like a great idea! I don't know if I'm the individual to contribute just yet, as I literally joined within the past 10 minutes...but I think you have a good idea going here.
It's ok it's just something I've been wanting to create so I thought I would invite others on the journey. I'm not saying you'll be free from anxiety, at the end of 31 days but maybe together with some discipline we can learn to love ourselves and our anxiety it's a daring thing to do, but I think it'll be fun at least.
Id be willing to give it a shot! Anything to possibly help lessen the daily load. If you decide to do it, post it up. Id like to try and participate.
