Hello everyone! I'm new hereMy name is Jen. I am 43 yrs. old. I have struggled with GAD, panic disorder, PTSD, depression and Agorophobia for about 13 yrs or so. I will be checking in to see what other's are posting and I am praying for you all

Hi Jen 😊I am also dealing with anxiety. I found something that's been helping me a lot. It's called dragon eye, it's a fruit grown here in hawaii. This small fruit has seratoain in it. The same thing zoloft an Celexa. But it's all natural. I been sleeping better an not having as much anxiety rushes. Exercise been a big help. Now since I just made 40 lol. I will also pray for you.
