Um, you're on a support group looking for help and you know you have responsibilities - sounds like you're a winner to me, pal. I think not many people value their mental health and constantly put these unrealistic expectations on themselves. I feel you're doing the right thing but seeking guidance and help (which can be in any form) before returning to your studies. What's a couple of months of therapy today versus the rest of your life? Think about it and don't be so harsh calling yourself a loser!

Hi Yosef. Don't feel like a loser. It's your anxiety that's making you feel this way. When you her anxiety attacks, you need to remind yourself you are separate from it. I strongly recommend you to see a doctor, and many schools offer the mental assistance. If you are not able to assuade anxiety by venting or talking, you should consider medication. If you want to talk, you can call me at 347-732-1086. Good luck with it.
