Hello my name is Montana Sanford. I struggle with horrible anxiety, OCD, PTSD and depression on a daily basis. My anxiety and OCD are the worst. I do not take medication currently. I am 20 years old and have Sekt with this my whole life. My OCD and PTSD kicked in after a life threatening illness occurred at the age of 15 which I believed triggered my OCD and PTSD, as I've been told. I am in a serious relationship and have two dogs ( one is a puppy) I am going through a rough time right now and just decided to give a support team a try. Thanks for reading, Montana

Hi Montana, I'm sorry you're going through a rough time. as someone who also has been diagnosed with ptsd - it's unimaginably hard. Normalcy is not in the cards some days. However, I did see that you are currently not taking medication. I started taking Paxil a few years ago, and it helps A LOT. Taking Paxil started the ball rolling in therapy, and I was finally able to confront the emotions that I'd been hiding from. I would recommend talking to your therapist and doctor about it. It's a huge decision, because there are some side effects - and you must take it everyday. Also, if you aren't seeing a therapist at least once a week, do!

I'm sorry to hear about your anxiety, OCD, PTSD and depression. I also have these same things but my anxiety is GAD. And no ADHD. I currently live with 1 adult son who has anxiety (GAD), depression, ADHD and OCD. Aren't we a curious little bunch!
