Hi I am sorry to hear that. You give so little information it is impossible for us to say very much. Have you been to the doctors? Are you on any meds or having any counselling? What is your home situation etc. If you feel able to tell us more we might be able to help you.

I agree. I hear that anxiety usually does not happen in isolation. I have A and D also. I now try to just work on what is actual and not anything that is beyond my control , but it is hard. I am glad that I found this group.
