Yes, Sometimes I do, but I have noticed that although I feel I can't breath I am actually breathing It's another one of those crazy anxiety symptoms. There seems to be so many of them, you have to take them on one at a time. They don't hurt you. They just scare the bejesus out of you. Pam

I don't mind too much when I notice my breathing starting to get a little edgy. I notice it very early and I take my 0.5 mg clonazepam if needed. I don't let it get very bad. I've cut my clonazepam use down so very much that it's only occasionally that I get a message that I need to take my clonazepam a little early. It's also no big deal to take it early. I don't increase my total taken in 1 day, that stays the same.
