3 day panic/anxiety attack

So this is a long shot but is it possible to have an anxiety attack or panic attack over a few days, it started on Monday when I went into town, I went into a shop that I know well and I started to panic because of the amount of people in there (you know Christmas shopping and all that), then yesterday I felt on edge all day and when I came in to my house (I live away at university, so my university house) some stuff had happened and I just broke down in tears, I couldn't get my breath, I went all light headed and such. Then today I had an interview which I was nervous for, and now I still feel a little light headed, tired and just awful really. Any advice?

  • I know the feeling. I can't get through the days without panic.
