he was pretty active on the site, and then he has not been around for a while. Does anybody know how he is? Or, Songstream, say hello

I am sorry to say that Steve (SongStream) has passed away from adult cerebral ALD. This was confirmed to me this morning by a couple of members of our community.

Those of us know knew Steve know that he was a great guy, a valuable contributor both to this forum and to our broader community. I remember many exchanges of messages and phone calls with him over the last six years. I will miss him greatly.

I'm not Aaron but I think he was the same age as me, around 57. I remember we were about the same age because I was shocked and saddened when he announced it had gone cerebral. My understanding was if you made it this far your brain was sage which we know now is not true.

You never know when your number is up.

I talked with Songstream a fair bit. This news saddens me.
