Does anyone else have their penile sensation reduced so much that you are unable to achieve orgasm? I have not been able to get there for years now and am wondering if there is any way to improve it.

Thank you for your input. Be well and have a great day!!

Are you able to achieve or maintain and erection? I have issues with both. I also battle the mental side of it. I’ll get an erection and my wife and I will attempt to enjoy it. Then thoughts pop in to my head. “You’ll never stay hard”, “Can she feel anything”, “is she faking her enjoyment”, “this feels obligatory”…. It normally only takes one thought and I’m done. Trimix has really helped me. Being able to not worry about an erection helps a lot. Now our biggest problem is she’s perimenopausal. My meds will expire before we use it all. Good luck friend.
