Why? I was on those patches for a while, but it was easier for me to take the tablets, so I'm on the equivalent dose. The only problem with the patches was remembering exactly when to change them, but apart from that - they did the job (addressing my pain) well.
You should read one of Mickey's other posts. All will become clear.
