Help with Bone crushing pain

Hi everyone I’m a 49 year old man with chronic pain and complications leading from a bad accident plus I have had a milignant melanoma, drug addiction and a bleed to the brain broken Left humerus that also broke the radial nerve in my left arm leaving me with nerve palsy in my left hand I’m in Chronic Pain and would like advice on drugs that could work PS prescription drugs I mean lol

I'm very sorry to hear about everything you've gone through and are still dealing with. Are you able to get a medical marijuana card? Have you tried Gabapentin, antidepressants, or natural/homeopathic stuff? What about topical prescription strength gels or creams?

Have had Pregrablin prescribed before but ended up misusing these drugs as I am a past addict and liked the high I got

I did the exact same with Pregrablin it was like taking Extacsy back in the 80's
