I lost the walk capacity i need to use canadian crutches to walk a few meters and a scooter when i need to walk more than 5 meters, i'have unrinary incotinence an i need to use extra dippers and i have some noturne problems. The Intestine is with some problems but under control.
But the biggest problem is about the fadigue, for the last 30 days i was so strong giving difficulties to make exercises and physioterapy and making me feel to bad.
I was using 5mg of of prednisone in the morning and 5mg in the night and 0.1 mg if fluorhydrocortisone in the morning and in the night.
My Endocrino gave m a new medicine Reforgan based on Arginine and my Neuro gave me Stavigile(Modafilin) for the first 2 days i got very better but now i'm feeling bad again.
Can some one give me any orientation ?

I am sorry that you are having a bad time with fatigue. Unfortunately this a common problem the many people with AMN seem to experience. It’s not obvious exactly where this is coming from and even less clear on how to treat it.
If you type in “fatigue” into the search bar you will get a number of posts from days gone by on how different AMN individuals have tried to deal with fatigue. Make sure you search AMN Easier and not the general search for the whole of HealthUnlocked. Unfortunately it’s not obvious that many of these work in the long term although they may give short-term relief.
Some AMN-ers find that B12 seems to be useful. Addison’s may have something do with fatigue also.
