Spasticity?

Has anyone noticed with any kind of injury to your legs that the spasticity increases? I have a couple of scraped up knees, a sprained ankle, and banged up toe from a fall. It feels like an electric shock hits those areas often causing a jerk/reflex action and the muscles stay spastic for a few moments after that. It is more prominent with the ankle and toe injuries.

Yep, scrapes, bruises, sunburn, and dropping something on my foot.

The only things that did not was breaking my ankle. Weird

Yes, my knee collapsed a year ago. Not fixable because of the AMN paralysis in the legs. Hello to the world of walking with a walker.

Walkers aren’t too bad. Have a U-step 2 that I use daily for stability. Was expensive, but worth it.

Yes, I have sciatica in the right side of the back, with pain shooting all the way down my leg into my foot. I now have horrendous chronic spasticity in all the places I just mentioned.
