Scottish girl is world's youngest deep brain stimulation patient

I've posted about this kind of thing before. Although, deep brain stimulation is a bit extreme for the sorts of spasms most of us suffer. I thrash about like a fish out of water if I don't dose up on Gabapentin before bed
There is plenty of evidence of electrical/magnetic brain stimulation helping spasms and/or spasticity, though electro shock therapy has given electro medicine a bad name.
Good for pain as well.
I built a couple of cranial electro stimulation devices a while back, then I stopped using them. This was before my spasticity/spasms ramped up. I plan to try again, if only to try and limit my biblical drug intake.
