Antidepressants: is there a better way to quit them?

Article in the Guardian. Hardly news, don't stop cold turkey, titrate down slowly.

I'd never heard of a "brain zap" before now. Have no desire to experience one either.

Just read the article. I have been on antidepressants since my son died, 19 years ago. My GP says I could be on them for life, I still have really bad days so haven’t thought, never mind tried, coming off them. I take Duloxetine. I have never heard of “brain zap”, and think I would be quite frightened to experience it 😂
