Unable to source a shelf supply of Magnesium taurate, but It can be made up by a compounding pharmacist. Can someone suggest the tab size and dose?

Just a suggestion, each morning I take magnesium and taurine as separate capsules Magnesium glycinate from YourSupplements online 1 x 100mg and Solgar's Taurine 500mg from any good health shop, or online.

I get mine from Amazon, as recommended by Dr Sanjay Gupta, a bit more expensive than some brands but it works for me.
