When we here in UK were first being vaccinated I went through the results reported on forum and found that the vast majority of people, especially with Pfizer had no AF related reactions. A sore arm and a slight headache seemed to be the norm BUT there were a few who said that their hearts played up for a few days. There seemed more problems (though still small ) with the Astra Zeneca . All seemed to agree that the alternative did not bear thinking about.

I had no side effects at all with either the first or second Pfizer vaccination. Just a slightly sore arm. My wife had the Astra Zeneca vaccine and had a bad couple of days going hot and cold and shivering and very tired/fatigued after her first vaccination but nothing at all after the second other than a slight sore arm for a couple of days. Other than that no problems with AF
Seems that Pfizer could be best option for people with AF. Of course we are all different so can’t say that with any certainty. The thing is getting Covid can and does cause AF and long Covid is something you would definitely want to avoid so all in all getting the jab is probably best way forward and getting Pfizer jab seems to be best for us if you have a choice.
