Anybody ever had more ectopics when supplementing Taurine & L-arginine?

Hey all

I currently supplement magnesium (400mg daily), taurine (3-6k mg daily) and L-arginine (3-6k mg daily). I have been doing so now for over 2 years and I feel it's helped to heal my heart and calm down the ectopics I'd been experiencing post-ablation.

The problem though, is that I've been experiencing a LOT of ectopics lately and it doesn't seem to matter how much I take over a prolonged period, they just come and go at will.

Has anybody else experienced this when supplementing taurine/l-arginine. Should I take more/less?

I've tried taurine and L-arginine in the past after they were promoted on a pro-supplement AF website but they had no effect. Perhaps drop those and try magnesium on its own?

Yeah, I'm thinking I may do that. I dropped all of them for a day on Thursday so may just try the magnesium today.

Hi well I'm taking magnesium (1200mg a day, plus a mag bath), around 600mg-1000mg potassium a day (in supplements and food), drinking electrolytes drink, 1000mg taurine a day and 500mg arginine with 250mg citrulline. Am also taking 200mg CoQ10 a day too. Drinking at least 2 litres of water as well.

It's been slightly better lately but I still do have bad days.
