Magnesium taurate

Someone mentioned taking magnesium Tourate for palpatations. I've taken it for four days and I believe it's working so thanks!

Pleased to hear that. I found good effects very quickly ie days as well. Still get them but greatly lessened.

I have been taking Magnesium Taurate for some time as part of a package of measures to manage my P-AF .

I think it works for me too. You might try (with advice first) taking CoQ10 at the same time, my Naturopath put me on both at the same time right at the start 4 years ago and I think the CoQ10 is most effective for me.

why taurate? I have taken citrate for several years because I was told it absorbed better than the rest of the magnesium products. Would be interested to hear about other forms of magnesium which may work better.

Had second ablation 17 month ago, no PAF to date, but still take magnesium citrate 400mgs daily.

Might not be a bad idea to check with your doctor as he/she might order a blood test for you to see what your magnesium level is. I've been told that for some people too much magnesium could trigger AF. Just a suggestion.
