Hi all, can anybody advise if tbey have spotted any websites / suppliers that sell mag taurate for a reasonable price, the ones i usually buy from amazon has almost doubled in price and can generally be very costly - thanks

It works out at about 20p a tablet on Amazon (Cadiovascular Research Mg Taurate) - I presume you're in the UK. Not so cheap perhaps but in my case the benefits are worth the money.

Hi thanks for reply, they are the same brand that i have been buying but seem to have increased in price significantly since my last purchase a few months ago, i imagine this is due to the higher demand based on recent positive feedback, i have noticed cheaper brands online but obviously want to be careful from where i buy, maybe some on here have used alternatives and i would be interested in their feedback - cheers

Not a fan of supplements I buy this as a top up to take occasionally ....

preferring to spend the money on Magnesum rich foods many of which also contain things like potassium and other essential nutrients.

As an example 2oz of almonds a day 160mg gives me about 40% of the daily recommended dose . Organic porridge made with jumbo oats and a wholemeal sandwich with watercress and salmon, some fruit and pumpkin seeds gives me a healthy amount of magnesium and that doesn't include my main meal .
