Magnesium Taurate

Hi can i ask the people that take magnesium taurate what dose they take, i currently take 375mg but have heard that some take much more - thanks

I take 2 teaspoons of magnesium citrate powder

I have noticed remarkable improvement, however, I don't know which magnesium is best to use. I just know what The one I'm using works very well for me. So much so, that my electrophysiologist told me on my last visit a eight months ago "keep doing what you're doing "

Great news, glad its helping, i am relatively new to the mag but have been using magnesium taurate, not noticed any inprovement yet but going to persevere - thanks for replying

Other factors that have helped people naturally reduce a fib maybe useful; eliminate alcohol, weight loss, eliminate sugar, wheat , etc

I have read that there are two different types of Magnesium to take - what can you tell me about what is the best. What is it supposed to do help with AF

Hi, i believe thatbthere are many types, madnesium taurate seems to be favoured by most afibbers as the taurate element assists the body in absorbing the magnesium rather than most types which pass through with little being used / retained, thats my take on it anyway i am sure there are many on here that can explain this better than me - thanks for reply
