Good morning everyone

I know there was quite a lot of debate recently as to which is the preferred Magnesium for us to take but unfortunately I cannot find it. Would someone kindly let me know which came out tops

Don't know the answer to your question but my GP prescribes Magnesium Citrate 200mg daily for me....

My Naturopath put me on Klare Labs Magnesium Citrate. However, my stomach is playing up a bit (may not be the Mg) and therefore I am currently using the Ancient Minerals spray on Mg.
