Reducing side effects from Cabizataxel/Carboplatin/immunotherapy drugs?

Am getting my first treatment of cabizataxel/carboplatin/nivolumab/ipilimumab this coming Tuesday as part of the Duke CHAMP trial: dukehealth.org/clinical-tri...

Does anyone have recommendations/experiences on how to best reduce side effects? Claritin worked well for me when I got docetaxel/neulasta 3 years ago.

Do you have any continuing neuropathy from the docetaxel? Did you ice hands and feet?

I fortunately had no real issues tolerating docetaxel. I didn't ice my hands or feet and had no neuropathy.
