I've just been hauled out to check me ribs and spine .They still see a fair bit of rot but no progression.So I am still sea worthy as I sail into me forth year. I will keep getting a Eligard shots every three months ,Abiraterone four pills a day with prednisone, and to keep me bones hard denosumab every six months I would love to keep something else hard now and again ,but that me shipmates is a C story for another day.
