I was diagnosed with Prostrate Cancer in July 2020 PSA 82 and Gleason 9. The Oncologist put me on Bicalutamide 2020 till 2023. Further i had Radiotherapy to prostrate and lymph towards the end of 2020. PSA was 10.5 in Oct 2023. I am on Zoladex from Nov 2023 till date.
My previous PSA was 0.6 in July 2024 and latest PSA was 4.0 Dec 2024. I'm shocked about the sharp increase in the short period. Any likely reason(s) for the spike? What are my options going forward? Many thanks.

Chemotherapy also still in your arsenal. I started docetaxel last February and switched over to cabazitaxel in July. I’m investigating LU177 presently.
I am on Zoladex with Nubeqa 600mg day now. PSA came down from 6 to 0.6 in no time but has stopped due to me reducing from 1200mg day to 600mg due to SE.
