1/2 way through Xofigo with Apaludamide increasingly ineffective. PSA is declining. MO tells me Xofigo not the cause.

Hello all. 18 months since diagnosed stage 4 metastatic PC. Mets almost everywhere. PSA was 512 at diagnosis. Apaludamide/Trelstar combo lowered PSA to 0.60. Began to climb again April this year and Xofigo was suggested. I've now completed 3 of 6 treatments. Told Xofigo isn't to reduce PSA by my MO yet PSA began to decline. From 4.27 early June, to 3.97 in July and 3.20 this month (within testing margin of error?). Does anyone perhaps have experience with this development? I'm being kept on Apalutamide with Xgeva injections to be added tri-monthly. Might there suggestions for treatment options to address the PC going forward? Sincere thanks to all for reading.
