Good morning to all

I have been on Erleada and Degarelix for 15 months without much side effects ( except for hot flashes and tiredness)

My PSA last month was 0.13 and my Test was 1.0

Gleason 4+3

Metastatic with diffused bone metastases.

For the last few days I feel some stabbing pain in my prostate What does it mean ?

What to do next ?

Could it be the tumor in the prostate? Was the prostate radiated? Is your PSA rising, enough to get a PSMA-PET scan to see tumors? I had prostate radiation, and still have a tumor in the prostate, which shows up on scans. I am wondering if I will feel it someday.

So your prostate has not been treated and you have relied on Erleada and Degarelix for 15 months, and now have bone metastases. It is possible that you are feeling the tumor in the prostate.

I will try antibiotics in case it is prostatitis I think
