Many of you have been experiencing lower back pain so I thought that I would post something that has pretty much cured mine. I have no idea what caused the pain...can't remember if I injured myself since I spent many years doing construction related stuff. Anyway, if it was an injury, old age, PCa related, etc, this simple and inexpensive device has been a blessing. Last year (prior to purchasing this device) my pain became so intense that I ended up getting a steroid injection at the hospital which helped for a couple of months. In addition to spending a few minutes (a couple times per day) on this inversion bench, I also do some exercises at bedtime and when I awaken that my neurosurgeon son-in-law recommended. While lying down you grab one knee at a time and pull it as close to your chin as possible anywhere from 30 to 50 times.
I bought this bench from an Asian website called 'Lazada' for less than $90 delivered to my door. Available most everywhere. Absolutely no more pain!

My wife is a Chiropractor. When the day comes, I would try one of these. Right now the select number bed relieved my back discomfort. Being 6'4" , age and gravity are working against me. Great suggestion.
I do those everyday also! I'm up to 18 per set...trying to reach 20. I usually do 4 sets per day...2 with my hands in a curl position and 2 with my arms about two feet apart.
I like that inversion table. I almost bought one many years ago.
It will help decompress the spine and increase room between the discs/ vertebrae. The thing I dont like is its passive and doesn't remedy the issue of potentially poor posture and/ or weak back muscles which cant support the spine correctly.
I have had debilitating back issues. Sciatica and back spasms which lead to complete inability to function normally. Often for weeks on end.
The only thing that has fixed my back was strengthening back muscles. Pull ups, rows etc etc. Will it work for everyone? I think probably, if you persevere.
I had back pain from driving my rough old KW with a worn out seat. Traction did not work so had the steroid injection which relieved the sciatica. These days dead lifts at the gym seem to strengthen the back muscles but will look into purchasing one of these machines if they have it here.
A relative called recently asking what to do about back pain. I referred her to a YouTube video by Dr Paul Mason on avoiding back fexion when arising in the morning including rolling out of bed, using a device to put Sox on without flex ion.She watched the video and applied his advice and reported back to me a great relief.
